First we'll see how to configure Pidgin, to view what we're listening to, because its a software installed by default on Ubuntu and no doubt, that it is one of the most used instant messaging softwares.

To start the configuration, we should download the musictracker plugin from getdeb.net, under the following direction: http://www.getdeb.net/app/pidgin-musictracker and install it by a double click.

In the next step we'll open Pidgin, and in our tools-menu we go to complements, where we'll activate or enable musictracker.
