Manage and operate Ubuntu by remote administration via Web
Today we're going to talk once again about an old known and wide topic: remote administration. Which, fortunately, is well-developed for GNU/Linux. Though there are several ways to achieving the remote administration on a Ubuntu running computer, such as Secure Shell (SSH) or remote desktop softwares (VINO or VNC, FreeNX), we're really into Webmin, a remote administration software based on the world wide Web, and thats what we are going to talk in this post about. View the music I’m listening to in Pidgin
Considering, that lots of people are interested in showing what they are listening to, while chatting , we decided to make a tutorial explaining how to achieve this in 3 of the most famous and most used instant messaging softwares (chat softwares) on Ubuntu.

How to install Wine on Ubuntu Intrepid
Ok, but first tell me something about it...
What is Wine?
We'll steal a Wiki definition once again... Wine is a free software application that aims to allow Unix-like computer operating systems on the x86 or x86-64 architecture to execute programs written for Microsoft Windows.
How to install DirectX 10 on Ubuntu
DirectX is a colection of API's created to simplify viewings related to multimedia content, like games. Even if DirectX has been designed and developed based on the operating system Windows, we can install it on Ubuntu using the virtualization software Wine. (In this tutorial we suppose that you've allready installed wine, if not, follow this tutorial first)

To install DirectX on Ubuntu first thing we need to do, is download the installer, which is an aplication with .exe extension, available for download here. Once we've downloaded the aplication the only thing we need to do is execute it with a duoble-click on the file.
